Custom Candle Jars: A Brief for Color, Logo and Packaging

Turn a product reference into a clear customization inquiry, from vessel size and color to logo placement and packaging.

A useful candle jar inquiry gives each decision a clear reference: the vessel, its size, the color, the logo and the box. You can begin with a simple product image and develop the details together. The aim is to make it clear which parts of the reference you want to keep and which parts you want to change.

Start with the material and quantity

KALINI offers color, logo and packaging box customization from 300 pieces for glass candle jars. For ceramic, concrete and gypsum vessels, customization starts at 500 pieces. See the customization options when preparing your project.

State the total quantity you have in mind. If your collection includes several colors, logos or vessel shapes, show the proposed breakdown so that the arrangement can be discussed. A list such as “amber reference A, green reference B” makes your intended collection easier to understand.

Identify the vessel and the image

Choose a reference from the glass collection or ceramic collection. Send its product name or reference number and identify the gallery image you prefer. One gallery can include several shapes or styling examples, so “the second image, square jar” is more useful than “the green one.”

For a distinctive glass starting point, the Signature 320 is KALINI’s own 320 ml glass candle jar design. Include the preferred capacity in your brief and ask for the dimension drawing for the configuration you select. A stated vessel capacity does not establish its finished candle fill weight.

Separate color direction from logo artwork

For color, send a named reference and explain where it applies: the vessel body, lid or packaging box. A reference code, physical sample description or clearly marked photograph can communicate your direction. Identify the parts that should match each other, rather than assuming that a single image explains the whole color scheme.

For the logo, attach the clearest artwork file you have. Include the intended position, approximate width and preferred orientation. A simple marked image can show whether the logo should face the box opening or sit on a particular side of a square jar. If the artwork is still being developed, say which elements are final.

Describe the lid and box together

Indicate whether you want a lid, and identify the lid reference separately from the jar body. For the box, show the exterior style, opening direction and the text or artwork you want on each visible panel. A photograph showing a candle inside a box is a presentation reference; your brief should specify the vessel, lid and box components you want included.

Send a brief that can be answered

Bring the information together in one message:

  • Product reference and preferred gallery image.
  • Material, target capacity and any required dimensions.
  • Total quantity and proposed color or design breakdown.
  • Color references and logo artwork with placement notes.
  • Lid and packaging box references.
  • Delivery country and your desired schedule.

You can mark unresolved details as “please recommend” or “to confirm.” That gives the conversation a clear starting point without turning a rough idea into an assumed specification. Prepare your KALINI project inquiry and include the references that matter most to your collection.
